experiences of a channeling activity by the author to Arcturian beings aboard
a Starship close to Earth. We The Arcturians the book takes us through Dr.
Milanovich’s first hand experience through a series of questions and
interactions with this alien race.

The story begins with the author expressing her hesitation to go public with
this information. With the encouragement of the Arcturians and their
important message for society, Norma Milanovich published this treasure of
extra terrestrial knowledge.

The Arcturian information is presented in a question and answer format and
channeled through Norma as she posed the Arcturians questions over a

series of years in the 1980s with her two friends, Cynthia Ploski and Betty
Rice. The information found in We the Arcturians about the Arcturian
civilization is both comprehensive and extensive. Anyone wanting to know
more about this civilization from across the galaxy will find the information
they are looking for in this book. It seems most of the material on the
Artcurians is based off Norma’s work or by similar channelings (often with

starship Athena and talks about its many rooms and functions.
